The answer to your struggle may be Heart Centered Hypnotherapy (HCHT). HCHT uses hypnosis (a light state of relaxed concentration) to relax the conscious mind and activate the subconscious mind, allowing well defended emotional response systems to be addressed, processed and healed. Healing happens in each hypnotherapy session.
Hypnotherapy sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes and begin with identifying a problem area that you would like to work on. Meditative talk, tranquil music, and peaceful guided imagery lead you into a deep state of relaxation allowing you access to the source of your presenting problem and discover past connections to current issues and blocks. As old unexpressed emotions can be felt, expressed, and released, healthier beliefs and decisions are formed.
You are always in control, aware of your surroundings and fully participate in the process. Clients report feeling clearer about their past and more empowered in regard to their present and future.
Hypnotherapy is used to treat a wide range of conditions, issues, and unwanted/unhealthy behaviors, such as:
